Tatiana Viecco was selected to receive a 2013 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Fellowship. She was selected based on her outstanding abilities and accomplishments, as well as her potential to contribute to strengthening the vitality of the US science and engineering enterprise. NSF received over 13,000 applications for the 2013 competition, and made only 2,000 award offers.
