As Chief Financial Officer, established the best fiscal performance of all company divisions. Maintained an exemplary Return on Sales. Drove net assets down through team brainstorming sessions, while maximizing earnings in this multi-contract division. Instituted strict cost control. Maintained a spotless accounting audit record through close interaction with audit agencies, and through internal audits and self-policing.
Automated major processes to maximize efficiency and provide optimum division response. Responsible for Total Quality Management (TQM) for the division.
A dedicated community partner, including executive mentor to the University of Central Florida’s College of Engineering, and mentor to
